A secular democratic limited government of laws, not men. 4 July, 1776.
Team Liberty is at it again. Blood purges in Moscow.
The problems with dictatorship, monarchy, theocracy result from their common feature: personal rule. Personal rule tends to be self-interested, unpredictable, likelier to be walled off from intelligence information and popular input or support. The various forms of personal rule are capable of rapid decisive action. However, these decisive rapid actions may be mistaken and are likelier to be mistaken in formation andimplementation because of a lack of popular feedback. This is why limited democratic authoritarianism is better than competing ideas such as unlimited government by personal rule or anarchism.
When the USA rebelled against monarchy it was the only secular democratic limited government on earth. Since then, many other countries have also rejected personal rule, whether monarchy, dictatorship, or theocracy. Strategic confidence in the power of attractive persuasive ideas explains why I anticipate further democratic and legal reform in China. The negative example of Russia may help us understand just how repulsive alternatives to limited government, democracy, and the rule of law are.

Cribs (Cryptology) keys or known plaintext.
Cribs: round 1 neon lights, bridal sedan, rhino, (rail) platform, daggar, globe
nihong deng , hua che, xi niu, yue tai, bi dao, di qiu yi
霓虹灯 , 花车, 犀牛, 月台, 匕刀, 地球仪
I would look at character components of these for cribs rather than the composite characters.

Round four: Frequency attack. In a four word idiom (set expression), knowing which of the four characters is likeliest to enable you to guess the entire idiom? I.e. this is a word frequency lemma. I think the second word is most "valuable" and Bayes theorem supports the idea that the 2d or 3d word are the most important word to guessing a cheng yu.
zhuang long zuo ya - to play deaf and dumb; i.e. to feign unawareness. 装聋作哑

China and the USA are like two men in an arena, each tied together with ropes at one wrist. Both of them have a knife in their other hand.
What if they simply cut the rope and escape?

I mean that, too. It’s not a feint or trap.
Men have two masters, pleasure and pain.
We get more of what we reward, and less of what we punish.
Choose wisely, and learn from others’ errors.
