Word of the day: Victory, der Sieg, la victoire, la victoria, 胜利‘
Purges, Counter-Purges, and Blood Purges
Russia is and will continue to be struggling through blood purges as well as party purges though Putin’s opponents are unlikely to counter-purge since they are out of power and disorganized. Blood purges feature “accidents”, “suicides”, “heart attacks” and similar excuses for outright murder. In contrast, party purges are mere expulsion and destruction of one’s career, a kind of “civil death” akin to ancient outlawry. The outlaw enjoys no legal protection: anyone can do anything to the outlaw, and the outlaw has no recourse to law, only self defense. Outlawry has not been used as a punishment in Europe for centuries, neither has legal exile, or clan-liability, group responsibility (Sippenhaft) or even corporal punishment. In contrast, capital, corporate, or even collective punishment can and sometimes do still exist in East Asian law.
Although Russia is suffering through blood purges due to its inbred corrupt kleptocracy China is “only” suffering from party purges and counter-purges. These disrupt any government. I already pointed out the numerous 奥秘克戎 variant BB. By the way the Chinese translation of omicron literally says: “mysterious secret conquering weapon”. Go ahead, look it up and do the etymology.
这门神秘的语言太厉害哟!
China hasn’t had a blood purge since the gang of four back in the 1970s. I do not predict let alone foster or encourage blood purges in China. That is a very dangerous game with unexpected consequence (“blowback”) and would not have the effect desired by various anti-CCP forces, notaby falun gong. So for example a recent Chinese general as a result of party purge committted suicide. If it were Russia you would be right to presume that to be murder disguised as suicide. But China isn’t Russia. The late general took his own life. Sadly, self-murder remains culturally accepted and even at times expected in various East Asian countries notably 日本。
mysterious-death-of-a-chinese-general This is not a blood purge, to put this in East Asian terms .. he “self graduated” life. It’s important to understand what is or isn’t a blood purge, what is or isn’t in fact a suicide. Accurate targeting matters, and so does accurate perception of the limits or constraints of negotiating partners, to say nothing of military opponents.

Russia Is Afraid of Western Psychic Attacks

We may also have weather control technology. Gosh, Europe just so happens to have enjoyed the warmest winter ever, what a ... coincidence. )

A lot of techniques we use are attributable to technological means, or outgrowths. So we have the ability to transmit thoughts over short distances and also to read surface thoughts, but we do that in conjunction with other technologies either to downplay the black projects or to call attention to the non-secret stuff.
Tavistock institute and National Institutes for Mental Health are both of the relevant institutions one could look into. Here as elsewhere our methods are simply better as in superior to the Russians attempts at cutting edge technology.
Stranger Things and Stargate are both hollywood adaptations from these. But the really interesting work is in predictive AI programs to plot out future scenarios: we link that up to psi, psy, advanced technologies and basically run the table.

Counterfactual Reasoning: 1982, the Year that Never Was
In 1982 the USSR was at war in Afghanistan, Israel was at war in Lebanon, and the UK and Argentina were at war in the Falklands; there was ongoing Soviet sponsored terrorism in Ireland, Japan, Italy, and Germany. Yet, world war three did not start. We should ask ourselves “why”: what went wrong to have caused those wars, and what went right to prevent them from escalating into a global war?
Counterfactual Reasoning: 19821989: The Unexpected Victory
Duringt he last cold war no one expected it to end, nor to end when it did, nor had anyone planned for the post-cold war world. How different or better would the world be if they had only planned for what happens when the dog finally catches the car it’s chasing?
ANALYSIS: THE END OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
At the start of the war in Ukraine I argued we ought not splinter the Russian federation into its constituent federated states. I am forced to change that view. Although China will benefit from destruction of the RF, notably in Kamchatka and the Amur river valley, China and Turkey would thereafter rival with each other. Many of the Russian Federation’s States are Turkic and there are also various Moslem federal states: We can easily envision a Yakut Republic (Yakutia) as well as Komi and Mari (which are Finnic) the expansion of Finland eastward into Karelia (populated by Finns) and of Estonia as well; these would naturally influence the Komi and Mari republics. An independent Ingushtan, Chechnya, and/or Dagestan might not prove to be terrorist hotbeds, especially if Turkey took on a strong role in Central Asia where there are other existing Turkic states. This is terribly unfortunate, but likely inevitable, and we can at least plan for it. I do not anticipate Putin being removed by his inner circle, even in the Spring.
Regarding China’s bio-weapon lab leak: it was an error, not an attack. The Chinese government is hoping for a return to normal trade relations. China has not and will not supply. Xi Jinping knows Putin is incompetent & is trying to figure out who will succeed Putin, prefers Medvedev if possible. Medvedev is nothing more than a stupid thug, a yes-man, unlike Peskov, Lavrov, and Sakharova who are intelligent, but have no intention to oppose Putin. Putin has effectively blood purged his worst internal threats. I expect the blood purges to continue, but all the above named individuals will not be purged or oppose Putin.
I fully expect Israel to undertake the use of deadly force in Syria and Iran. We may ask whether the USA will also consider a similar appropriate response to the various terror tactics used by Russia, Iran, and Syria.
I opposed removing Assad circa 2012 for the same reasons I opposed removing Putin prior to 2014: Often the use of force creates more problems than it solves. Consequences of military force are always somewhat unforeseeable. However, the repeated systematic crimes of Assad and Putin and the Iranian regime explain why a policy of restraint is no longer in order.
I do not know how the US government or people will ever forgive the Chinese government for their deadly error. They did try to warn the US government. No one listened. I personally tried to warn people, was ridiculed, thought I ought not make a fool of myself in your eyes. It was not profitable for US businesses to believe the Chinese warnings, nor politically convenient for the US government.
