It is textually self evident the constitution contemplates conviction of a president or other executive or legislator.

The excepcionality of this election comes not from insurrection, but non concession. And this can be agreed by everybody in the basis of aprioristic arguments. People shall vote in this election with a single issue in mind: was the previous election stolen? Every candidate shall be asked about this. It is the only thing that matters.
