Remember back when I told you that we would strike RuSSia at times and places of our choosing, and that there would be nothing Putin could do about it?
Upgrades! We will strike RuSSia any time, any place, all the time, any time, all day, and there is nothing they can do about it.

Ukraine war: Two French volunteers killed in Russian drone strike - Macron confirms https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-68182613
I predict covert reprisals by the French government. While secret treaties are no longer permitted under international law as they contributed to causing the first world war by making other states' deterrence unforeseeable secret reprisals are a general state practice and customary international law is what states actually do and do so with the belief that their customary practices are lawful. Opinio iuris, the opinion of scholars the bench and bar as well as actual state practice are the two elements of customary international law (CIL). CIL, like customary common law, can be abrogated by lex scripta, namely treaties and legislation respectively. In any case the mailed fist will hit, not might, will, but when it does and where are hahah ) poka sukhiy.

Legal Notes: Countermeasures, Retorsions and Reprisals under International Law.
Public International law is largely self-help and self-enforcing. It is mainly rules about coordinating state power among states, also the law of war, and international human rights law. So it should not surprise that countermeasures, unfriendly acts directed against another state are lawful under international law. Of countermeasures, we distinguish retorsions from reprisals.
Retorsions are unfriendly acts which are legal and need no justifications. Every state is free for example to unilaterally tax any import (tariffs), to refuse to trade, or to unilaterally confiscate foreign goods and monies. States can do such things but generally do not for reasons of self-interest.
Reprisals, in contrast, are actions which would be unlawful under international law but because of some justification are permitted. For example, a group of terrorists attack the US military, and so the US military counterattacks. This is the use of force in self-defence under international law and does not require approval by the U.N. Security Council.
Now that you know the U.S. countermeasures are in fact lawful I can go ahead and predict even more of them, q.e.d.
These fuckers need to figure out pronto: "Russia" is a myth. The "Russian" Federation isn't really Russian. And "Russia" has no future. It will be dismembered through several revolutions and foreign occupations.
Ukraine should forget about help from the West to fight Russia and focus on 'cheap' unmanned vehicles instead, says its army chief https://www.businessinsider.com/ukraine-army-chief-zaluzhnyi-russia-declining-support-west-win-technology-2024-2
"How are we going to pay for all those small tanks?" a Ukrainian asked me.
In other words: Someone asked me the wrong question.
The right question is: WHERE are we gonna get all those tanks? Starts with Aberdeen, ends in Ground, 3 words.
Meanwhile, in the Negev...
and Sweden…
Just for example one of the problems with battlefield AI in Ukraine is the fact that Ukrainians and Russians very often use the exact same equipment and so friendly fire is very likely, at least for autonomous AI as opposed to human supervised AI. Though assistive AI might be possible autonomous AI in targeting is likely not.
REBELLIONS IN “RUSSIA”
Prediction: Putin is gonna have a lot of little problems, and they will grow and become bigger and bigger, until Putin has a lot of big problems aw they grew up! And then, one day, there will be no more Putin. )

Where were all the people whining about current Chinese labor standards now back when the USA was shipping all its jobs to China where work was cheap due to forced labor and no safety standards? They STILL have regular mining collapses which kill lots of workers though far fewer. China's fighting a war on terror using ... work training language camps.
Instead you should be complaining about China’s “no limits no matter what” war criminal Partner.
RELIGION - LEARN CHINESE
Notes on foreign policy & Domestic Politics.
Much in foreign policy is complex. You do need to know geography, foreign languages, history, religions, and to have a good grasp of a variety of theories (ideas) about political interactions domestically and overseas, how states and citizens relate each other and other states and their peoples. If you have all that you can make accurate predictions, otherwise its hit-or-miss. Though, given this complexity, most people focus on domestic politics (language and cultural barriers) or even give up on the political entirely since it is not directly relevant to their daily life, at least in a well-run state which is not highly factionalized and thoroughly corrupt.
The U.S. constitution’s founders were well aware of the theory of democratic decay into decadence and dictatorship and absolutely took steps to prevent what Plato saw as the cyclical inevitability of states cycling (simplified) between dictatorship, aristocracy, democracy, dictatorship, aristocracy, democracy. For Plato, and I think Aristotle would agree, this cycle is unavoidable, inevitable. I haven't read Aristotle addressing this issue directly though he clearly prefers Aristocracy to Democracy (as did Plato). Anyway, Trump will get flushed down the toilet, and so will Putin and all Putin's other puppets.
